Fortifies the recreational renaissance program of the department of land and natural resources through various amendments to state law. | WLO, FIN | HB 1604 Status | RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY. Imposes a tax upon the value of improvements surrendered to a lessor by a lessee, without compensation to the lessee, upon the expiration of a long-term non-residential lease. | WLO, FIN | HB 1040 Status | RELATING TO TORT LIABILITY.
