While the Democrats in this city want to tell half truths and demand I provide supportive facts, I usually don’t waste my time having to prove to them anything. However, Mr. Sadlowski has been trying very poorly to do a frugal rebuttal to every conservative who writes a letter. He has even had his wife assist him in the attack.

As for President Obama’s failure to defend American soldiers, the Obama administration has asked the military’s Joint Chiefs of Staff to cut the Pentagon’s budget request for the fiscal year 2010 by more than 10 percent. Our military needs to be given the best equipment. In a global war on terror, we need to fund our military; not ACORN, an organization tied to voter fraud.

As for this country being a Judeo-Christian Country, I have laid out that argument several times and it is fact by many references to God in many documents and speeches by our founding fathers. I will touch on it again in the future for your pleasure.

As for judicial activism, the president’s new Supreme Court appointee is an example. “Judge Sotomayor is a liberal judicial activist of the first order who thinks her own personal political agenda is more important than the law as written. She thinks that judges should dictate policy, and that one’s sex, race, and ethnicity ought to affect the decisions one renders from the bench.

“She reads racial preferences and quotas into the Constitution, even to the point of dishonoring those who preserve our public safety. On September 11, America saw firsthand the vital role of America’s firefighters in protecting our citizens. They put their lives on the line for her and the other citizens of New York and the nation. But Judge Sotomayor would sacrifice their claims to fair treatment in employment promotions to racial preferences and quotas. The Supreme Court is now reviewing that decision.

“She has an extremely high rate of her decisions being reversed, indicating that she is far more of a liberal activist than even the current liberal activist Supreme Court.”
As for what terrorist organization has supported President Obama, militant Palestinian group Hamas gave President Obama. Ahmed Yousuf, Hamas’ top political adviser in the Gaza Strip, said, “We like Mr. Obama and we hope he wins”. Also Palestinian brothers inside the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip are listed in government election filings as having donated $29,521.54 to Sen. Barack Obama’s campaign.

Donations of this nature would violate election laws, including prohibitions on receiving contributions from foreigners and guidelines against accepting more than $2,300 from one individual during a single election. President Obama received millions from donors outside America that are also unknown to influence our election.

Mr. Sadlowski, I have nothing to prove to you; but the American people can see the truth while you seem to only want to discredit me.
