Donald Trump: It would have been difficult for Abraham Lincoln to win after Bush

“I believe that every individual is naturally entitled to do as he pleases with himself and the fruits of his labor, so far as it in no way interferes with any other men’s rights” – Abraham Lincoln



Because didn't have a great presidency, especially at the end.  And because of his actions, and because of his aura, it was very tough for a Republican to win.  And in all fairness to John McCain and to Sarah Palin, I think it would have been very, very tough for anybody – for Abraham Lincoln – to win after having followed George Bush.
